Job Description
PURPOSE:
As Sales Manager for Mumbai, you will champion the benefits of Simpladent’s Immediate Loading Implant Systems—educating dental surgeons, institutions, and corporate health networks while driving business expansion in one of India’s fastest‑growing implant markets.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Identify, invite, and convert dentists for the Strategic Implantology Course, ensuring strong participation and follow‑through.
- Acquire new clients and consistently generate sales from them.
- Boost volumes from existing customers and re‑activate dormant ones.
- Encourage and guide course participants to begin implementing the Simpladent System.
- Build long‑term, trust‑driven relationships with potential and current clients.
- Identify institutional and corporate opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Independently manage your territory with regular travel across Mumbai & surrounding regions.
- Resolve customer queries in coordination with the Head Office—ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Strategically propose and execute financial offers (discounts, plans, etc.) in line with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acquisition skills and focus on the target audience.
- Graduate/BDS/Post Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle key accounts and manage geographically.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Medical Dental Industry/experience in selling Dental Products.
