Job Description
PURPOSE:
Sales Manager Mumbai will be responsible to impart the benefits of Simpladent Dental Implants through product explanations of Immediate Functional Loading of Implants to dental surgeons, as well as corporate institutions, and hospitals.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Identify and invite potential dentists for the Strategic Implantology Course and ensure participation commitment from them.
- Identify and acquire new clients and generate sales from them.
- Increase sales volume from existing clients.
- Motivate and activate existing course participants to start the Simpladent system.
- Build relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify potential institutional and corporate clients and generate sales through them.
- Travel within assigned territories and manage the business in these territories independently.
- Timely resolution of customer queries in coordination with the Head Office.
- Think and suggest the best financial plans (discounts, etc.) for the client and exercise decision-making power efficiently and appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acquisition skills and focus on the target audience.
- Graduate/BDS/Post Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle key accounts and manage geographically.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Medical Dental Industry/experience in selling Dental Products.
